1. Inventory without flattery
Export every tag, pixel, and server endpoint. Name the vendor, the payload, and the purpose you claim. Most desks discover at least one script nobody remembers buying.
Six weeks to put consent-based tracking analytics on a property you actually run. Bangkok evening clinics, recordings, and a marked taxonomy — not a certificate wall.
You bring a live site, app, or booking flow. We refuse hypothetical-only seats; if you cannot share a container export under NDA, take Signal Reading first. The studio does not implement tags as a service — you leave able to do the work, or to brief an agency without being steamrolled.

Map purposes to tags. Split “analytics” from “advertising” even if your CMP currently offers one toggle. Document retention. This artefact is marked twice.
CMP callback, dataLayer events, and container load order. The lab that usually finds a pixel firing on reject or while the banner is still waiting.
Optional track. How to pass consent state to a server container so you do not simply relocate the leak. Not a full cloud architecture course.
Views for opted-in traffic, notes for stakeholders, and a one-page limitation letter. We practice saying “this number will fall” in a room that does not want to hear it.
A small governance pass so the taxonomy does not rot the week after cohort close. Naming, environments, and who is allowed to publish.
Kanya leads every Studio cohort. She previously sat on a Bangkok retail analytics desk where the CMP vendor and the performance agency did not share a ticket queue. She still marks every taxonomy herself.
Informational price: 28,500 THB per Consent Studio Seat. Measurement Residency is listed separately on fees. No checkout on this site. Refunds follow the refund page.
Someone who can publish the container must be available at least for weeks three and six. If that person is an agency, they should attend. We will not remote-control your GTM from Pantip.
No. We teach measurement practice against PDPA as analysts understand it. Your counsel remains responsible for the opinion you rely on. We will say when a tag looks unlawful; we will not sign a legal memo.
We still build an internal taxonomy and sequence what the CMP can express. Switching CMP is out of scope for the Studio unless you already have a migration underway.
Often they will not, not to the old inflated baseline. The Studio will not teach you to recreate that baseline with workarounds. If your only goal is to restore yesterday’s ROAS chart, this programme is the wrong purchase.
Yes. Clinics run on Bangkok time. Recordings are provided. PDPA remains the legal floor we teach; you must bring any extra regime you care about.
“The sequence lab caught our Google Ads tag on the booking confirmation after reject. We had been calling it a ‘thank-you exception.’ It was just a leak.”
Arun W., measurement lead
“I wanted Kanya to rewrite our Looker dashboards. That is not what the Studio sells. The limitation note, though, is what finally stopped the weekly argument with growth.”
