Eligibility
Refunds are available only for seats you have paid to Metric Routecore by invoice (Consent Studio Seat, Measurement Residency, Signal Reading, clinics, or intensives). Complimentary guest seats and unpublished custom workshops follow the written agreement for that engagement, not this page.
Timeframe
You may request a full refund up to 7 full days before the published start of a live cohort or clinic, provided we have not already issued recordings or worksheets for that seat. Requests after that point are assessed as partial or declined, as set out below.
For Signal Reading (self-paced), you may request a full refund within 14 days of invoice payment if you have not downloaded the exercise pack. After download, Signal Reading is non-refundable.
Full or partial refund
Full refund: we cancel a cohort; you cancel at least 7 days before a live start and no materials were issued; or Signal Reading within 14 days without download.
Partial refund: if you withdraw after a live cohort has begun but before the midpoint (end of week three for Consent Measurement Studio; end of week six for Residency), we refund 40% of the fee, less any bank charges we cannot recover. After the midpoint, no refund is due for unused remaining weeks, because clinic capacity was held for you.
Non-refundable items
Downloaded Signal Reading packs; third-party licences you buy yourself (CMP, cloud, tag-manager); travel to Pantip Plaza; and seats transferred to a colleague at your request once the first clinic has occurred. Bank fees charged by your institution are not added back.
Refund process
Email info@metric-routecore.digital with the invoice number, the seat name, and whether you want a refund or a move to a later cohort. We confirm receipt within two working days and decide within 10 working days. If we need to verify that materials were not downloaded, we will say so.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are paid by the same method we received (typically Thai bank transfer or the international transfer used on the invoice) within 15 working days after approval. We do not refund in cash at Pantip Plaza and we do not issue store credit instead of money unless you ask for a cohort move in writing.
Cancellation by us
If Metric Routecore cancels a cohort or clinic, you choose a full refund or a seat on the next equivalent date at no extra fee. We are not responsible for non-refundable travel you booked without waiting for our final confirmation email.
Exceptions
If serious instructor illness interrupts a running cohort, we will complete remaining hours with another instructor or offer a pro-rata refund for undelivered live hours. If you are removed from a cohort for sharing recordings outside the named organisation, no refund is due. Statutory rights under Thai consumer law, where they apply, are not limited by this page.
